The present document contains the terms and conditions for purchases made through our website and, where applicable, in our physical stores, as well as the conditions governing the use of this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). In this regard, we kindly invite you to read these Terms carefully, along with our Privacy Policy, prior to placing any order.

The following Terms govern the sale of our products through this website and, where applicable, in our physical stores, by the company:

Hereinafter referred to as “Nude Project”.

USE OF THE WEBSITE
These Terms are the only conditions applicable to the use of this website and supersede any others. Making a purchase through our website implies acceptance of these Terms.
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that:

You may only use the website to make inquiries or place orders.

You shall not place any speculative, false, or fraudulent orders.

To place orders, you must provide us with certain information and personal data, which will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Consequently, if you do not provide all the required information, we will not be able to process your order.

By placing an order through the website, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
If our website contains links to other websites or third-party materials, such links are provided for informational purposes only, and we are not responsible for the content of such websites.
Furthermore, Nude Project only sells its products online through the website www.nude-project.com. Consequently, we are not responsible for the sale of counterfeit products or resales through secondary channels. HOW IS THE SALE FORMALIZED?
You may browse all product categories on the website. To view relevant information about a product (size, availability, composition, etc.), simply click on it.
If the product is out of stock, please enter your email address and we will add you to the waitlist. Select the product, colour, and size (if applicable), and add it to your shopping cart by clicking “ADD TO CART.”
To complete your purchase, access your cart and review the selected items. The total amount of your purchase will include shipping costs, if applicable.
If you have a promotional code or gift card, you may enter it in the corresponding field in the cart, subject to the conditions communicated when the code was issued. If conditions are not met, a message will be displayed.
No contract of sale shall exist for any product until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order, the full amount will be refunded.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request; however, this does not imply that the order has been accepted. All orders are subject to our acceptance. The purchase shall only be deemed accepted when we send you the shipping confirmation, which will cover only the products listed in said confirmation. We are not obliged to supply any other product not mentioned in the shipping confirmation.
If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, you may contact us by sending an email to [email protected]. To ensure proper handling of your inquiry, it is important to include your order number in the subject line.
We reserve the right not to accept an order in the following cases: (i) in the event of a technical error and/or typographical error in the price or other product data, (ii) in the event of unavailability or stock shortages, (iii) if we verify that you are not of legal age, (iv) if any incorrect information has been provided, or (v) if, due to the high volume of the order, we suspect it may be fraudulent or speculative.
Cancellation of an order or modification of the shipping address depends on the status of the order. To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us via our contact form or at [email protected].
Once you have completed your purchase, it is not possible to remove or modify the products in your order. However, subject to the provisions of these Terms, you may return the order after receipt.

AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE AND SHIPPING
Items offered on the website are available worldwide*. However, shipping costs will be added to the order.
In certain cases, delivery may be delayed due to holidays or external factors beyond our control (e.g., during Black Friday, orders may take longer than usual).
We do not deliver to our stores or to P.O. boxes, so it’s important to provide a full delivery address. To avoid delivery issues if you're not home, include a contact phone number.
*Nude Project does not ship to: Belarus, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mauritius, Moldova, Nigeria, New Zealand, French Polynesia, Serbia, South Africa, Ukraine, and Israel.

Domestic shipping (Spain)
Standard domestic shipping:
The estimated delivery times are usually 3–5 business days. However, during certain times of the year with a higher volume of orders, the delivery times may be extended.
If your order is under €100, the shipping costs will be €3.90 (Balearic Islands €6.90). In the event that your order exceeds €100, the shipping will be free of charge. Nevertheless, shipping costs may be subject to change. You can check up-to-date information regarding shipping costs in our FAQ section on Shipping and Delivery.

Shipments to the Canary Islands:
If your order is destined for the Canary Islands, it may be subject to taxes or duties if the order exceeds €150. In addition, the estimated delivery times will be 10–12 business days. Please remember to indicate your ID number at check-out.

International shipping
The delivery times for the rest of Europe are approximately 4–6 business days, and for international orders are approximately 6–10 business days.
If your shipment is international, the shipping costs will be calculated based on the origin.
If your order exceeds €200, shipping will be free of charge. We also offer the possibility of contracting express shipping to certain countries, subject to the payment of an additional cost.

Customs charges
If your order is addressed to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to the payment of duties, taxes, or other charges due to local or customs legislation. Nude Project is responsible for the shipment, but not for any possible local charges. The purchaser shall be responsible for all customs expenses associated with the importation of the product.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of supply issues or out-of-stock items, we will refund any amount you have paid using the original payment method or, alternatively, via Store Credit.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time.
We assume no responsibility for the removal or modification of products or content on the website.

PRODUCT FEATURES
The products offered in our online store include a photograph and the basic characteristics of the same, which is the information provided by the manufacturer.
The colour of the product, as shown in the photograph, is not binding. The colour of the product is identified in its characteristics.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the products shall be the one indicated on our website in euros. Although we strive to ensure all prices are correct, errors may occur. If we detect a manifest error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, the order will be automatically cancelled and any amount paid will be refunded.
Prices on the website include VAT at the applicable rate at any given time, but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total purchase amount.
Prices may be changed at any time, but such changes will not affect orders for which a shipping confirmation has already been sent.
In general terms, payments made by credit or debit card, PayPal, Klarna, and Bizum will be accepted. Please note that services such as PayPal and Klarna have their own contracting policies and may require additional requirements. You can review their contracting policies on their respective websites.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, such payment methods may be expanded and/or modified depending on the place of purchase and the circumstances at the time. In any case, you will have access to all updated information regarding payment methods at the time of purchase.
Payment cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity. If such entity does not approve the payment, we shall not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and will be unable to complete the sale.

DELIVERIES
Shipments are managed through the companies GLS, UPS, and Correos. Incidents in shipping or delivery may occur. If this happens, please contact our Customer Experience department through our contact form or through the following email address [email protected], so that we can look for a solution.
In the event that you are not at home at the time of the delivery attempt, depending on the courier company's policy, a second delivery attempt will be made, or the package will be deposited at a pick-up point.
If the order is not picked up within the established period or the second delivery is unsuccessful, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the total amount of the items will be refunded, but the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note that during Christmas campaigns, Black Friday, or sales periods, the estimated delivery times may exceptionally be affected.
Orders are prepared and shipped from Barcelona (Spain), so local holidays may affect the estimated delivery times. Likewise, national holidays may also affect delivery times.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returns or exchanges must be made through this form; you only need the order number and your email address. In case of any error, you can contact us at the email address [email protected].
Once the item is received at our warehouse, we will proceed to examine it and notify you by email whether the return is appropriate, taking into account the time frame provided and the condition of the product.
To that effect, please note that (i) the product must be returned in the same manner and condition in which it was received, (ii) you are obligated to take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession, and (iii) for hygiene and health protection reasons, we may deny any return and/or refund. We reserve the right to accept or reject returns of products in poor condition (stained, damaged, or other products not belonging to our store).
For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns of underwear are accepted. In the case of swimwear, returns will only be accepted if the item is in the same condition in which it was delivered, which includes, in the case of women's bottoms, the intact protective plastic.
Amounts paid will be refunded using the same payment method used by the customer. However, please note that the credit to your card always depends on your banking institution. Said refund will not include shipping costs. Likewise, Nude Project is not responsible for the amounts corresponding to shipping logistics management in the event of a refund request and will only process the items indicated by the customer in the exchange or return request.
The refund period is 30 days from the time we receive the withdrawal request, provided that the conditions of our policy are met.
Please note that the customer shall bear the return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Returns will not be accepted if an exchange has already been made previously.

In-store returns
For in-store returns of products purchased via the website, exchanges or returns may be made by presenting the online purchase confirmation email at the following stores: Nude Project Madrid (Fuencarral, 18), Nude Project Valencia (Calle de Martínez Ferrando, 1), Nude Project Barcelona (Carrer Canuda, 37), Nude Project Bilbao (Portuko Markesaren Kalea, 11, Abando), or Nude Project Ibiza Store (Calle Av. de Bartomeu de Roselló, 5).
International stores operate independently and you may only process an exchange or return at the same store where you purchased the item (including our La Roca Village store, local 16).
If requesting an exchange, it will only be possible depending on stock availability at the store. If the exchange product is more expensive than the original price, you must pay the difference. Likewise, we will refund you the difference if the exchange product price is lower than the previous product.
For in-store returns, your refund will be reflected in the original payment method within 3-5 days, depending on the banking institution.

Online returns and exchanges
Currently, products purchased in-store cannot be returned or exchanged online.
If you purchased online, you may also return or exchange your items by mail*. Each order must be returned individually using the associated order number. In the event that you wish to return two or more different orders, the return or exchange must be requested separately.
Once the return is requested, you will immediately receive the return label via email.
Nude Project is not responsible for any amounts paid for delivery logistics management, and we do not refund shipping costs. You can check the updated return costs in our FAQ section.
*We do not accept exchanges from the Canary Islands, Liechtenstein, Japan, and the Azores Islands, but returns are accepted.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product is not in good condition for reasons not attributable to you, we offer the possibility to request a replacement with another product in perfect condition.
You can request the replacement through our contact form. If there is any error, you may contact us at [email protected].
Returns due to defective or damaged products will not be considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
When requesting replacement due to a defective product, we will bear the shipping costs both for the product to be replaced and the replacement product. However, if applicable, the buyer will be responsible for all customs duties associated with the importation of the new product.

RAFFLES AND PROMOTIONS
Nude Project may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, offer raffles, promotions, discount coupons, free shipping, cost-free orders, or other commercial benefits to its customers.
These promotional actions will be subject to specific conditions that may vary depending on their availability, validity, territorial scope, participation requirements, or any other limitation that Nude Project deems appropriate. Such conditions will be communicated in each case through the brand’s official channels.
Nude Project reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided there are justified reasons.
To resolve any doubts regarding the application of a promotion or raffle, it is recommended to contact our customer service before completing the purchase.
Products acquired as a result of a raffle or promotion may not be exchanged or returned.

Gift Card
Our gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. Additionally, products purchased with a gift card will only be refunded using the same payment method.

KEY MEMBERS PROGRAM
The Key Members Loyalty Program of Nude Project (hereinafter, the “Loyalty Program” or “Key Members”) is a loyalty program offered, at the sole discretion of Nude Project, S.L., to its customers who make purchases through the website (https://nude-project.com/) and/or at its physical stores.
These terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) are intended to define the operating rules of the Key Members Program for our customers. Participation in the Key Members Program implies full knowledge and acceptance by the participant of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who can become a Key Member?
Participation in the Loyalty Program is limited to natural persons of legal age and to one account per customer.

How to become a Key Member?
To join Key Members, you must create a Nude Project user account through the following link: https://nude-project.com/account/login or at any of the physical Nude Project stores. You will then receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
Joining the program is free of charge for the participant.

What is the program?
Key Members is our loyalty program. Upon joining, you can earn points with every purchase, which can be redeemed for gifts and exclusive benefits. The higher your tier, the greater the benefits you unlock, giving you access to increasingly exclusive advantages as you advance in the program.

How do I earn points?
Earning Points Through Purchases
The Key Members Program allows members to earn points through purchases made on the website https://nude-project.com/ or at our physical stores, provided such purchases are made through the customer account (hereinafter, “Eligible Purchase”).
The number of points earned per purchase depends on the loyalty tier of each member (the “Tier”):

THE PENTHOUSE: Members with between 0 and 2,500 points earn 2 points per euro spent.
-
THE SUITE: Members with between 2,501 and 6,000 points earn 5 points per euro spent.
-
THE EXECUTIVE: Members with over 6,000 points earn 10 points per euro spent.
New Key Members are automatically placed in “The Penthouse” tier. The member’s Tier will automatically update depending on the available point balance.
The exact number of points earned for any Eligible Purchase is calculated based on the member’s Tier and the total purchase amount, including product price, VAT, and shipping costs (if applicable). Any decimals in this calculation will be rounded down.
Gift card purchases qualify as Eligible Purchases for the purposes of the Loyalty Program. However, purchases made using a gift card are not considered Eligible Purchases for point accumulation.
Points are generated immediately after a purchase but will become effective 31 days after the corresponding Eligible Purchase.
Other Ways to Earn Points
Additionally, Nude Project may award points for participating in certain activities determined by the brand. Examples include:

Creating a customer account will award 200 welcome points.

400 birthday points will be granted to members who have entered their birthdate in their account.
-
Following Nude Project on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or subscribing to the newsletter will each award 100 points.
Nude Project reserves the right to add, modify, or remove eligible activities and the corresponding number of points without prior notice.

Redeeming points
Key Members may redeem their points for rewards offered by Nude Project through their account on https://nude-project.com/account/login.
Redeemed points are non-refundable.
If a member redeems their points for a discount voucher, the voucher can be used only once and within six (6) months from the date of redemption.
After redeeming points, the member’s point balance will be reduced by the redeemed amount. The following conditions apply:

If a member requests a refund for an item purchased with a discount voucher obtained through points, those points will not be restored to the account.
-
If a member requests a refund for an item purchased entirely with points, the points will only be restored if the full order is refunded.
-
If a purchase is returned or refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted.
-
If part of an order is returned (without using a voucher), points will be deducted proportionally.
In physical stores, only discount vouchers can be redeemed. Any other rewards must be claimed through the Key Member's profile.
Purchases made using discount vouchers redeemed through points will also earn points under these same Terms.
Only one reward can be redeemed per purchase and per user for physical items (e.g., caps or accessories).
Nude Project reserves the right to cancel orders in case of misuse of rewards.
Nude Project also reserves the right to modify, limit, or eliminate any and all rewards offered under the Loyalty Program at its sole discretion, including the method by which points are earned, the threshold required to reach any Tier, and the criteria used to evaluate Eligible Purchases. Nude Project reserves the right to set limits on the number of purchases or activities eligible for the Loyalty Program or for any given Tier, as well as the number or type of rewards or benefits that Key Members may receive or earn at any Tier, during a specific time period or throughout the duration of the Loyalty Program.
Neither accounts, points, rewards, nor benefits may be transferred, shared, or combined. Only the individual who completes the purchase will be eligible to accumulate rewards, benefits, and/or points. Nude Project reserves the right to monitor the number of accounts per household and to reject, merge, or close additional or duplicate accounts at any time.
Rewards, benefits, and points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and Members shall not have any proprietary rights over the rewards or any other benefit provided under the Loyalty Program.
Among the available rewards, the following are included:

Redeeming 750 points entitles the Member to receive a €10 discount coupon.
-
Redeeming 15,000 points entitles the Member to receive tickets to the Rolling Loud festival. However, the availability of such reward is subject to availability.
-
Redeeming 100,000,000 points entitles the Member to receive a private island, subject to a maximum acquisition cost of €50,000 and contingent upon the availability of an island within that price range.

Other benefits
In addition to the allocation of points for each purchase made through the customer account, Key Members may enjoy additional benefits based on their Loyalty Tier.
Benefits associated with reaching a specific Tier are not granted automatically. Instead, Key Members belonging to the corresponding Tier may be selected, at the sole discretion of Nude Project, to access such benefits, which may include the following:

A visit to the Nude Project headquarters.

Invitation to Nude Project events.
-
Invitation to podcast recordings.
-
Exclusive private events for Key Members.
-
The launch of a product bearing the Member's name.

Point information
Members can check their point Key Members may check their points balance by logging into their account via the website at https://nude-project.com/account/login.
Key Members acknowledge and agree that Nude Project may communicate information related to the Loyalty Program—such as promotions, offers, private sales, and other relevant commercial updates—via postal mail, email, SMS, and other channels.
Additionally, these same channels may be used to notify Key Members of their Loyalty Tier status, point balance updates, or material changes to the Loyalty Program.
For any claims related to points balances from purchases made online, Key Members must contact the Customer Experience team via email at [email protected], providing the email address associated with their customer account and the order number of the relevant purchase made through the website.
Any points accumulated under the Loyalty Program will remain valid for 12 months from the date of acquisition. After this period, the points will expire. However, the Member’s position within the Key Member Tier will remain unchanged.
Under no circumstances shall points be redeemable for cash or their cash equivalent.
Discounts obtained through the Loyalty Program may not be available for use in certain stores. If in doubt, please consult our store team.

Fraudulent use
Each account is nominative, non-transferable, and belongs to a single participant. It may not be shared, assigned, lent, or sold. Nude Project reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership and deny point use in the event of any breach of these Terms or fraudulent use.

Modifications to the Loyalty Program
Nude Project reserves the right to modify or suspend the Loyalty Program at any time. The Terms of the Loyalty Program may be amended at any time without prior notice by Nude Project, with the most current version available at https://nude-project.com. In the event of suspension of the Program, Nude Project commits to notifying Key Members via email sent to the addresses provided, without any obligation to justify the decision and with no compensation owed to the Key Member.
Nude Project reserves the right to exclude any Key Member or discontinue their participation in the Loyalty Program, as well as to audit the membership accounts of Key Members at any time and at its sole discretion. To maintain an active account, the respective Key Member must log in to their Loyalty Program account and make a purchase within a 24-month period.
Any suspected abuse of the Loyalty Program, breach of the Terms, inactivity for more than 24 months, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other behavior inconsistent with these Terms and/or detrimental to Nude Project or its interests—including, without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized use of rewards, points, cards, credits, vouchers, coupons, and/or certificates—may result in the revocation of the Member’s account and disqualification from future participation in the Loyalty Program.
If a membership is revoked, any rewards or benefits in the Member’s account will automatically expire, and access to the Loyalty Program and its features will be immediately terminated. Should Nude Project suspect any illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, it also reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action at its sole discretion.
If a Key Member chooses to withdraw from the Loyalty Program, they must send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE LOYALTY PROGRAM” at their discretion.
Cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all accumulated points, benefits, and Tier status.

Disclaimer of liability
The Key Member is solely responsible for the use of the benefits and rewards associated with the Loyalty Program, and accordingly, Nude Project shall be exempt from any liability in this regard. In the event of discrepancies concerning the accumulated balance, the information contained in Nude Project’s database shall prevail.
Nude Project shall not be liable for any rewards, benefits, or points lost or redeemed as a result of fraudulent activity by the Key Member or any third party.
For the avoidance of doubt, neither Nude Project nor its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or licensors shall be liable or held responsible (including in cases of negligence) for any of the following:

Any business interruption.

Delays or interruptions in the Key Member’s access to the program.
-
Failure to deliver, loss, theft, misdelivery, corruption, destruction, or any other alteration of data.
-
Loss or damage resulting from the Key Member’s interactions with third-party links on the site or the use of any reward or benefit associated with the program.
-
Computer viruses, system failures, or malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Key Member’s use of the site, including when linking to third-party websites.
-
Any inaccuracies or omissions in content related to the program.
-
Any event beyond Nude Project’s reasonable control.
-
Nude Project makes no guarantees that any defect or error will be corrected.
Furthermore, neither Nude Project nor its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or licensors shall be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising out of or in connection with the program or the Key Member’s participation in it, even if Nude Project has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If the Key Member is dissatisfied with the program, the sole remedy shall be the termination of their membership. Nude Project shall have no further obligations, responsibilities, or commitments toward the Key Member.

LIABILITY
Our liability for any product purchased through our website shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of such product.
Due to the open nature of this website and the possibility of errors in the storage or transmission of digital information, we do not guarantee the accuracy or security of any information transmitted or obtained through this site, unless expressly stated otherwise. Furthermore, in the event of a clear computer error or technical malfunction affecting published prices or the purchasing process, we reserve the right not to accept any order.

WARRANTY
Without prejudice to the foregoing, any Nude Project product is of satisfactory quality, fit for use, and guaranteed against manufacturing or material defects during the statutory warranty period. For this purpose, the statutory warranty period for the products we sell is three (3) years from the purchase date indicated on the invoice.
Please note that from the second year of the warranty period onwards, any defects that may appear will not be presumed to be manufacturing or origin defects.
This warranty shall only apply upon presentation of proof of purchase and shall in no case cover defects arising from wear and tear, intentional damage, accidents, or negligence on the part of the customer. Furthermore, it shall not be valid if the product has been modified or repaired without our prior authorization.
Any warranty we provide is without prejudice to the rights and remedies that applicable law may provide in relation to the sale of consumer goods.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights over the materials, photographs, or content provided on the website remain our exclusive property at all times. Consequently, we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate in the event of infringement of our intellectual and industrial property rights.

DATA PROTECTION
The privacy of your personal data is essential to us. Therefore, we comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), as well as with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
For these purposes, Force Majeure shall include any act or omission beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Inability to use trains, ships, planes, motorcycles, or other public or private transportation.

Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems, power outages.

Acts, decrees, laws, regulations, or restrictions imposed by any government or public authority.

ASSIGNMENT AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS
The customer may not assign or transfer a contract or any rights or obligations arising therefrom without prior express written consent from Nude Project.
Any omission or delay by Nude Project in exercising any right shall not be interpreted as a waiver of such right.

SEVERABILITY
If any of these terms or provisions is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable to any extent by a competent authority, such term or provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AMENDMENTS
Nude Project reserves the right to review and amend these Terms at any time. Such amendments shall not have a retroactive effect.

PREVALENCE
These Terms reflect the terms and conditions of purchase through our website www.nude-project.com, as well as in our physical stores to the extent applicable. Additionally, our FAQ section provides updated information regarding shipping, returns, and other matters. In case of discrepancy between the FAQ and these Terms, the provisions of the FAQ shall prevail.
These Terms have been drafted in Spanish and subsequently translated into various languages. In case of discrepancy or doubt regarding interpretation, the Spanish version shall prevail.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Sales of products through our website shall be governed by Spanish law.
As a consumer, nothing in this clause shall affect your rights under applicable law.
Without prejudice to the rights recognized by applicable law to consumers, any dispute arising in relation to the interpretation and/or enforcement of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, to which the parties submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
